Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return period on all lamps. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to return
Email hello@dwelluma.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be refunded. [ADD RETURN ADDRESS once supplier returns process is confirmed]

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. In those cases we cover the cost.

Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund for items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, and usually much sooner.
